J. Kurtis Kline
Bridgeforce Law, P.C. has experienced rapid growth and immense success
with Kurt at the helm as Managing Partner. Kurt leverages his 25 years
of vast legal expertise to provide clients with insights on the impact
of an ever-evolving regulatory environment.
Since launching Bridgeforce Law, P.C., Kurt concentrates his practice exclusively
on the financial services environment, working with banks, credit card
issuers, private equity funds, and other companies who are being impacted
by the current regulatory environment. While narrowly focused within this
industry, Kurt frequently assists with a broad range of regulatory-related
legal, operational and contractual issues.
Kurt earned both a BA and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the
University of Delaware. He later earned a JD,
cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, and an LL.M in taxation from the
Villanova University School of Law.
Frank M. Macerato
Frank is a second-career seasoned corporate and securities attorney with
nearly 20 years of wide-ranging legal experience. Frank has extensive
experience with mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and
policy and process development and implementation. His practice at Bridgeforce
Law consists of corporate and securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions,
complex financial transactions and commercial contracts.
Frank began his legal career in private practice with Reed Smith LLP, and
later became a shareholder at Stevens & Lee, P.C. Frank was heavily
involved with numerous mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions.
More recently, Frank served as general counsel for several public and
private companies, where he managed their legal departments and oversaw
all legal matters.
Frank received an MBA and BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, and later earned, with honors, a JD from Temple University
School of Law.
